Mom Poses Daughter ‘Wearing’ Fruit, Veggie Dresses on Instagram and Fans Are Eating It up

While most mothers encourage their children to eat their fruits and veetables, this mom wants her daughter to wear them — well, sort of.

3-year-old Stefani from Turkey became an Instagram sensation when her mother, Alya Chaglar, posted photos of her modeling fruits like a watermelon and a banana —and vegetables like escarole and cauliflower — to look like dresses.

Perspective photography or forced perspective is the art of creating an optical illusion to make an object like the Eiffel Tower seem like it’s in the palm of your hand. Chaglar photographed Stefani in the cutest poses where it appears that she is actually wearing the produce.

She clearly enjoys the photo sessions with her mom. She usually eats up the camera — and sometimes even the props.

Chaglar is a photographer for Popreal, a fashion-forward clothing site for children and babies . This website started the series last summer when Stefani dressed up in pinecones while making silly faces.
